The 464,285,000 shares held before and after the change include the 30,000,000 Shares which have been lent to the joint underwriters, Collins Stewart Pte Limited and UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, for the purpose of facilitating the settlement of the over-allotment of the Shares in connection with the exercise of the Over-allotment Option (as defined in the Company's Prospectus dated 21 February 2011), which option was granted to the said joint underwriters to undertake stabilising actions to cover over-allotments (if any) of the Invitation Shares (as defined in the Company's Prospectus).
