Pursuant to the share lending agreement between the Company and Lim Tze Jong dated 9 October 2012, Lim Tze Jong had loaned 93,019,000 shares ("Loan Shares") to the Company to facilitate the delivery of 93,019,000 shares by the Company pursuant to the placement exercise as announced by the Company on 9 October 2012. The consideration paid to Lim Tze Jong is only in respect of the 46,509,000 shares sold by Lim Tze Jong as vendor shares pursuant to the placement agreement dated 9 October 2012. No consideration was paid to Lim Tze Jong in respect of the Loan Shares.
The percentage of interests disclosed herein is calculated based on the following total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company:
(a) held before the change = 930,192,000
