There were a series of transactions by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd. ("FFMC") as investment manager for its discretionary investment clients (including Temasek Fullerton Alpha Pte. Ltd. ("TFAPL")) which, when combined with changes in Dyn-Mac's issued share capital, caused a decrease in the aggregate interest in Dyna-Mac shares ("Shares") held by FFMC and KS Investments Pte Ltd ("KSIPL") to **26.30%.

KSIPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Limited ("KCL"). KCL is an associated company of Temasek.

TFAPL and FFMC are indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Temasek.

By virtue of section 7(4A) of the Companies Act, Temasek is deemed to have an interest in the Shares in which KCL, TFAPL and FFMC have an interest.

Accordingly, as of 24 October 2012, Temasek has a deemed interest in 269,123,000, Shares (**26.30%) being the 19,123,000 Shares in which FFMC as investment manager (including TFAPL) has a deemed interest and the 250,000,000 Shares held by KSIPL.

Temasek has no direct interest in the Shares.

Temasek became aware of the change in the percentage level of its deemed interest in the Shares on 24 October 2012.
